» About Adesso Webs

Adesso Webs was initially started in Ireland in 1998 by Conor McGlone and Siobhan Hegarty and ran succesfully up until 2006 when it and its owners relocated to Umbria, Italy.  Adesso webs continue to manage their Irish clients since relocating and in early 2007 they started business in Umbria along with a new Italian partner, Lara Carpinelli.

Conor McGlone has worked in the computer services industry since 1991, starting out as a computer networks engineer and later progressing into computer aided design.  He worked for a number of high profile Irish graphics and engineering companies before setting up Adesso Webs.

Siobhan Hegarty is a professional photographer.  She studied at the Dublin college of Art and Design.  She set up and successfully ran her own photography studio with her partner Conor McGlone in Ireland for 7 years, and was one of Ireland's most sought after wedding and portrait photographers.  She was one of the first photographers in Ireland to embrace professional digital cameras and is a digital image specialist and widely regarded in her field.

Lara Carpinelli took her degree in Foreign Languages and Literature (English and French) in 2004 at the University of Perugia.  She got a Certificate of Advanced English (CAE) from the University of Cambridge ESOL Examination.  She took courses on Didactics of Italian as a second language, didactics of the French language and literary translation for the English language.  She teaches English and French privately.
